Revit Model for TEF Design
Let Studio-Desk help you mobilize your Revit-Based Project
Is assigning Revit-skilled staff to a brand new project challenging because they are still engaged on an existing project? We can give your firm a big jump on getting started by building that initial Revit model for you. We have successfully helped firms do just that, especially for renovation or interior improvements in existing buildings. Why go through the hassle of turning old AutoCAD, PDF files, or worse, hard copy As-Builts into a useful Revit model when we can do it for you, and very likely at below your own cost to do so.
Here's a Revit Model Case Study from one of our valuable customers
SOMA Apartments Site Permit Set
We partnered with TEF and revised an existing Revit 2016 model of a previously submitted Site Permit Set. It was a multi-family residential project which was being redesigned to conform to city comments. We worked under the supervision and periodic review of the TEF Project team using a succession of client redlines as they reviewed and commented on our progress.
The scope included:
- Revision of Unit Plans as designed by Project team
- Layout of new Unit Plans within perimeter of building already defined in current Site Permit Set
- Compliance with codes
This scope was performed in 8 working days.
